Return & Exchange Policy
Effective June 1, 2026. We take great care in presenting accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, provenance information, and condition details for every piece we offer. Because many of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind, vintage, antique, handmade, or limited-edition works, all sales are final.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
All purchases made through Gallery de VinTARA are sold on a final sale basis. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we do not accept:
- Returns
- Refund requests
- Exchanges
- Cancellations after shipment
- Store credit requests
Product Descriptions and Condition
Many items offered by Gallery de VinTARA are vintage, antique, handcrafted, or collectible in nature. As such, they may display characteristics consistent with age, craftsmanship, and historical use.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe the condition and appearance of each item. Minor variations in color, texture, finish, and dimensions may occur and should not be considered defects.
If you require additional information, photographs, or clarification before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us. Our team will be pleased to assist you in making an informed decision.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive an item different from the one purchased, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Upon review, Gallery de VinTARA will determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include repair, replacement (where available), shipping claim assistance, or other remedies deemed appropriate.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses and contact information are accurate at the time of purchase.
Gallery de VinTARA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, customs-related issues, or additional duties and taxes imposed by destination countries once an order has been shipped.
Purchase Agreement
